Job description
Midweight Interior Designer Role Summary

In-house Hospitality Brand | Hospitality + Retail Focus

We’re working with a seriously exciting, fast-growing food and drink brand that’s on the hunt for a Midweight Interior Designer to join their expanding in-house team.

You’ll be based in their gorgeous new office near Liverpool Street, working on brand-led interiors for café and retail spaces across the UK. With around 50 in the team (and growing), this is a collaborative, ideas-led space where design has real influence.

The Role

You’ll be joining the design team at a pivotal time, supporting on multiple UK projects and working from early concept stages through to detail design and delivery.

This role is ideal for a creative, proactive designer who’s confident in space planning, loves storytelling through interiors, and wants to be part of a brand doing things differently.

You’ll be involved in everything from layout testing and moodboarding to FFE sourcing, technical drawings, and coordinating with consultants. Lots of variety, loads of ownership, and the chance to grow with a genuinely lovely team.

What They’re Looking For:
• 5+ years’ experience in interior design or architecture
• A portfolio packed with hospitality, FB or retail work
• Someone who’s confident in Revit, with good knowledge of UK regs
• A natural collaborator – friendly, driven, organised
• A sharp eye for detail and materials
• A designer who’s just as happy concepting as they are getting stuck into drawings
• UK project experience is essential

Perks + Culture:
• Equity package – get rewarded as the brand grows
• Private health and dental insurance
• 25 days holiday + an extra day to “start something extraordinary”
• Cycle to work scheme + other perks
• Free boutique gym classes
• A genuinely fun, social culture – with flexibility (4 days in, but not strict)

This is an amazing opportunity for a midweight designer who wants to step up, be part of something exciting, and design spaces people actually love. If you’re ready for that next career move, we’d love to hear from you.

Portfolios must be submitted for consideration.

This role is based in London, with some travel as needed.
