About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You’ll play a critical role in driving qualified leads and increasing conversions for our high-impact educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish
Develop ad creatives (collaborating with our design team or independently)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, CPL, and ROAS
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Implement pixel tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
Stay updated on Meta platform changes and ad policies
Qualifications
1+ years of experience running Meta ads with a proven track record of ROI
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and funnels
Experience with ad creatives and conversion-focused copywriting
Familiarity with lead generation for high-ticket or educational offers is a plus
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
Preferred Skills
Experience with educational marketing or international audiences
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Bonus: Knowledge of CRM/Automation/Email platforms
