About the Role:
We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert to lead, manage, and scale high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our in-house brands and client projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, deep knowledge of audience targeting, and the ability to consistently drive high ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage performance-driven Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Execute advanced audience targeting strategies including interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences.
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, placements, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel integration, and custom events.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels to find winning combinations.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience running Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical and performance optimization skills.
