Full Job Description
We are looking male/ Female Garment Merchandiser for our company " Urvashi Crafts LTD." (A Export House) candidate must have min 5-6 Years of experience as a Garment Merchandiser in Garment Export Industry.

· Coordinating with buyers by mail (mostly) and calls for new queries as well as updates

· Meeting with vendors/printers and explaining new development requirement

· Coordinating with the designer and printer for new season sampling and production orders

· Maintaining sample archive

· Submission of samples to the buyer through courier or otherwise

· Follow up with vendors/printers for samples

· Follow up with reporting manager and/or buyer for sample approvals and feedback

· Giving approval on samples where buyer intervention is not required

· Updating the latest comments on particular prints/designs or order

· Maintaining complete order report with status (complete life cycle of the production) on Excel

· Update the buyers with the order status at all stages

· Execution of running orders (production) and tough follow-ups for timely delivery

· Visit to vendor site whenever required

· Preparation of fabric/ requirement or any other requirement related to production/shipment

· Selection and finalizing of printers for upcoming orders based on the printer’s experience of making similar products

· Preparing Purchase order

· Costing and negotiation of rates with printers

· Preparing inspection schedule and intimating for inline/midline and final shipment QC and notifying the quality department, buyer, or third party QA.

· Maintaining files and Accounts

· Updating Time and Action calendar

· Vendor creation
