**Job Description**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized support and promoting their independence. Your key responsibilities will include:
Optimizing independence through assisting with personal cares and housework
Supporting the recovery of every individual through positive reinforcement and reward systems
Establishing affirmative relationships with clients and peers
Focusing on population of assessment tools and managing negative behaviors
**Required Skills Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 4 health qualification (or higher)
A full, clean driver's license
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of The Code of Rights
