This role involves supporting engagement strategies, fostering relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to build rapport, and a passion for community-building.
The Job
Support in implementing engagement initiatives to increase member and affiliate participation
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and feedback
Support in organising events, meetings, and networking opportunities to foster community and involvement
Track and analyse engagement metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements
Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to create engaging content for members
Identify new ways to enhance member value and satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends to continuously improve engagement strategies.
The Person
Experience in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in member engagement, community management, customer service, or event planning
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing, and social media platforms
Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
