We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Gen Z Recruiter to join us at the foundational stage of our journey.
- This role is perfect for someone who either belongs to Gen Z or has a deep understanding of how Gen Z thinks, communicates, and connects. You'll be responsible for helping us build our early team by finding and engaging sharp, mission-driven candidates who align with our values and culture.
- As the recruiter, you'll lead the hiring process across all verticals, including tech, creative, operations, and sales. You'll not only manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle but also bring innovative sourcing methods into play. Your outreach will span platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, and college networks - along with conventional Indian job platforms.
- We expect you to be plugged into these ecosystems and know how to approach talent in a way that feels authentic, non-corporate, and human.
- You'll be the face of the company in many early conversations with potential hires, so your communication style should strike a balance between being chill and sharp - approachable yet professional. Over time, this role will grow into something much broader.
- Beyond recruitment, you'll gradually take ownership of human resource operations, including onboarding, team coordination, and cultural development.
- We're looking for someone from a reputed college, ideally based in or open to working in Delhi in a hybrid setup. While we don't expect deep experience, we do want someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn fast. You'll need to be organized, self-directed, and confident handling responsibilities independently, while also being a collaborative team player.

You'll be working closely with the founder and leadership to shape the DNA of the company.
