Mechanical Technician

Company Description Rotary equipment consider all rotary machines 1) Pump Pump types - Submersible Pumps, Chilled water pumps, Dewatering Pumps, Booster pumps (Multistage impellers) - Mechanical technician complete pump dismantling and Assembling, Pump side bearing change, Pump MECHANICAL seal change, O ring changes, oil and dust deal change, water testing and laser alignment of the pumps. 2) Blowers and Compressors - Screw type, Wankel type, Hermetic. 3) Gear - All type of Gears. 4 Valves - Gate valves, Butterfly Valves, NRVs, Globe valves. 5) Welding / Grinding/ . 6) Inspection of site conditions mechanically . 7) Dismantling, Assembling, Overhauling of Motors. 8) Bearing replacement and understand the motor Condition. +) He should know the safety procedures. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Technician located in Mumbai. In this role, the Mechanical Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and other general maintenance duties as assigned. The Mechanical Technician will work as part of a team and may be called upon to operate or repair different types of equipment. Qualifications Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Repair skills Experience in performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to read schematics and blueprints Experience with hand and power tools Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Associate's degree or certification in a related field is preferred
