Mechanical Fitter // Immediate Start

Automated Control Solutions is a Mechanical and Electrical service company working in the Greater West and South West Sydney. We are currently seeking experienced, Mechanical Fitters / Technicians who are trained in the industrial sector.

Our clients include large Food Beverage and Manufacturing sites.

Work is varied and can include installation works, repairs and maintenance.

Candidates must have above average mechanical knowledge and experience. You should be trained in the industrial sector, food and beverage experience preferred. The role will attract Company Vehicle with Fuel Card and Toll Pass.

Duties:

Demonstrate safe working practices and a commitment to a safe working environment
General mechanical skills, repairs and replace of valves, drive assemblies, conveyors etc.
Diagnose and repair issues with machinery.
Perform mechanical maintenance tasks.
New installations of general machinery.
Follow workplace policies and procedures.
Skills and experience we require:

Trade Qualification.
At least 2 years work experience in the same or similar role.
White Card.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Basic fabrication skills.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak to customers and fellow workers alike.
