Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Follow safety protocols while working with machinery and tools.
Assist in the training of junior mechanics when necessary.
Skills
Proficient in automotive repair techniques.
Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems (HVAC, engines, etc.).
Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools.
Capability to dig or perform physical tasks as required by job duties.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
