Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (International Market) – Fresher/MBA Graduate

Experience Required: 0–1 year (Freshers/MBA Graduates welcome)
Stipend/Salary: INR 3,60,000 PA
Bond Period: 18 Months

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates or freshers who are eager to kick-start their career in business development. This is a great opportunity to build experience in B2B lead generation, client outreach, and global sales processes. You will work with an experienced team and receive training on tools, outreach strategies, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential leads in international markets
Support outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls
Help schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system
Collaborate with senior team members to improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For:
MBA graduates or freshers with a keen interest in international sales and marketing

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable working in international time zones
