Maths Teacher - Maths Club
We are currently seeking a reliable, committed, and experienced Maths Teacher to join our team. This role entails conducting a weekly after school 60 minute Maths Club on a Wednesday 3.20pm - 4.20pm, at a primary school in Somerset, BA5.
Responsibilities:
Conduct maths classes for students of varying ages and skill levels, providing clear instruction and guidance.
Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that align with the needs and abilities of the students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Key Requirements:
A valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) is mandatory.
Previous experience in teaching young people is crucial for this role.
