Be Locals Property Management is an independent real estate agency with over 6 years of experience in Brisbane’s dynamic property market. We specialise in all aspects of property management and sales, providing personalised service and deep local knowledge.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our branding, promotion, and campaign strategies across both traditional and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analyse local real estate trends to identify target audiences and marketing opportunities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s property listings, services, and brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, print media, and signage.
Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, SEO/SEM performance, and digital engagement.
Coordinate with property management and sales teams to produce promotional materials, listing presentations, and marketing content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through data analysis and prepare reports for management.
Liaise with external designers, photographers, printers, and media partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Support lead generation, CRM activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Hold a bachelor degree or higher.
At least 5-year proven experience in marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM).
Excellent communication, content writing, and copyediting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
