This position supports the FL region. Looking for local candidates.

Latham has the opportunity to grow significant revenue and share in the Fiberglass and Auto Cover segments with specific focus in Sand States, representing more than 60% of all new pool installations in the United States.

Latham is seeking a Marketing Specialist to focus on driving brand awareness and conversion in these focused and concentrated areas including Florida, Texas, California, Arizona and Nevada.

In this newly created role, the Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Fiberglass Auto Cover Brand Manager and VP of Marketing to execute campaigns targeting homeowners in these focused regions and within master planned communities which represent significant new home construction. Initial focus will be in Florida with eventual expansion into further regions mentioned above.

• This position is remote but desired candidate will live in Florida, preferably in the Tampa market with the ability to travel within the state of Florida as needed. Scope will eventually expend to additional regions i.e. Texas and will require periodic travel within that region as well.
