We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Representative to join us in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Job Summary:

As a Marketing and Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our tire products and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs and concerns promptly.
Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our tire products. Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to reach target audiences effectively.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and generate regular reports to assess progress against targets. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Valid G drivers license with a clean abstract
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-12 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
