We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train cutting-edge AI systems.
Overview
Pay – $85–$105 per hour
Flexible workload – 10–20 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 40 hours
Fully remote asynchronous – work on your own schedule
Duration – Minimum 1–2 months, with potential for extension
About the Role
Your expertise in brand strategy , digital marketing , campaign execution , and performance analytics will help ensure each AI prompt is realistic, industry-relevant, and educationally sound. We're looking for professionals with experience across B2B and B2C marketing to contribute to high-quality training materials that reflect modern marketing practices. This is a unique opportunity to apply your strategic and tactical marketing experience to shape how AI understands and executes marketing tasks.
You’re a strong fit if you:
Have 3+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy or execution
Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Have deep experience in areas such as:
• Brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Digital marketing: SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid campaigns
• Marketing analytics and performance optimization
• Customer segmentation, lifecycle design, and funnel strategy
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a keen eye for detail and marketing effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads , or Salesforce
