Capture Strategic Insights: Accurately document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), reflecting strategic goals, marketing plans, and performance metrics that help shape brand direction.
Email Segmentation Priority Handling: Perform intelligent email segregation—categorize, prioritize, and flag communication from key leads, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely action on brand- and performance-driven campaigns.
Marketing Task Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with Heads of Departments (HODs) and marketing teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, including lead nurturing, PPC performance review, and content deliverables.
Report Analysis with a Marketing Lens: Analyze and summarize departmental or business reports, highlighting key marketing KPIs like conversion rates, lead quality, and brand engagement for executive review.
Calendar Campaign Syncing: Manage executive calendars including scheduling strategy meets, campaign launches, client briefings, and reminders for important PPC or marketing review meetings.
Event Meeting Planning: Coordinate logistics for meetings and marketing events—handle venue, tech setup, agenda prep, and brand presentation alignment.
Professional Brand Communication: Handle internal and external communication with professionalism—aligning tone and style with brand voice and ensuring confidentiality in high-stake client interactions.
Track Action Marketing Deliverables: Maintain accountability across departments—track action items such as lead follow-up activities, ad campaign deadlines, and promotional launches.
Marketing Content Reports: Prepare executive-level documents, presentations, and performance decks focused on brand positioning, PPC insights, and market growth strategy.
Travel Planning (If Applicable): Support in travel logistics for marketing roadshows, client visits, or partnership meetings, ensuring alignment with budget and branding standards.
