Job Title: Marketing Head - API (International Markets: Europe, USA China)

Qualification: Bachelor's in Science; Master's in Marketing preferred

Experience: Minimum 20 years in Domestic International API Marketing

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead and expand our API business across international markets with a special focus on Europe, USA, and China. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in global API marketing, strong business development acumen, and a proven ability to lead teams and forge long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Business Development

- Formulate and execute robust marketing strategies for APIs in targeted international markets (Europe, USA, China).

- Revive and re-establish discontinued business lines with legacy clients or products.

- Drive long-term B2B contracts with global partners to secure revenue stability.

2. New Market Penetration

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Leverage industry knowledge and competitor insights to expand market share and geographical presence.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs to align marketing strategies with product and compliance requirements.

- Represent the marketing function in internal strategic planning sessions and external industry engagements.

4. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients, distributors, traders, and industry partners.

- Attend global exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits to enhance visibility and engagement.

5. Performance Monitoring Improvement

- Analyze key marketing metrics (sales trends, client feedback, market intelligence) to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

- Report to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for growth.

6. Travel

- Regular international and domestic travel to foster client relationships and explore new business avenues.
