We are looking for a B2B SaaS Marketing Executive to join our Marketing function and lead outbound marketing for our brand and products.

You will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will generate qualified leads, both with high-value enterprise clients and smaller-value MSME customers.
You will drive partnerships with organisers and third parties to create more customer touchpoints.

For this role, you will need creative and quantitative thinking and high quality execution abilities. You should have advanced skills with various product and digital marketing tools and techniques. You should have run email campaigns, social media campaigns, content campaigns and events marketing. Your goal will be to drive inbound marketing leads through demand creation and outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

Build and execute compelling campaigns across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) in conjunction with the marketing, product and sales teams.
Conduct user research / surveys and interviews. Synthe and channel customer feedback to appropriate teams.
Plan and execute internal and external event campaigns.
Drive traffic and leads using product sites, apps and other digital channels.
Manage relationships with external partners such as media companies/journalists, marketing and PR agencies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Around 3-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing - delivering MQLs via digital and offline channels.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.

Demonstrable experience with extracting insights from analytics and marketing tools for social and digital marketing (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Zuora/Piano, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, etc.).

Ability to do market analysis, mapping competitor activity, studying consumer behaviour, building user/buyer personas.
Demonstrable knowledge of digital advertising, paid social ads/promotions, search engine marketing.
Proficient with elements of web design, CMS (Wordpress), web development (frontend) and SEO.
General Traits
Passion for marketing, sales and rapid business growth - driving leads through the funnel.
First-principles thinking, attention to detail in execution.
High customer-oriented with good multitasking and organising abilities.
Creativity, innovative thinking, willingness to experiment.
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
