Job Description-
• To work on the curation of an event based on the brief and close Food and Beverage Partners, Activity Partners, Workshop Partners, Artists etc for the event
• Create exhaustive list of brands across categories relevant to the theme of the event and connect and meet with them to onboard them for the event
• To discuss and plan unique activities/dishes with the brands for the event
• To come up with ideas that can prove to be unique propositions from Marketing and add to the overall experience of the event
• To work with creative teams and production vendors for ensuring requirement closure of the onboarded brands on-ground
• To prepare concept decks for the event and pitch to the partner brands
• To work on-ground during event days and manage multiple things at the event from Box Office, Token Management and also managing the onboarded brand requirements.
