Position Summary
The role requires someone with exceptional communication skills and a collaborator who is comfortable working with teams across different disciplines.
Responsibilities
The role:
• Manage content creation of blogs, social media, and other media, for both internal and external audiences, using external freelancers as required.
• Proactively develop and manage a 6-monthly rolling communications plan for key marketing campaigns, whilst ensuring they align with our company's goals and delivers on its objectives.
• Coordinate company presence at industry events to maintain our brand presence.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, ensuring internal teams always have access to the marketing resources they require.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support with the development of the company website and product information.
Person skills required:
• A creative thinker with the ability to work proactively on major initiatives.
• An exceptional communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with teams across different disciplines and with external partners.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering within a deadline
• An excellent creative mindset and ability to produce engaging content via various digital channels
• Creative skills such as photography, graphic design, photoshop would be a benefit.
