Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to create impactful content that speaks to our target audience, strengthens our brand voice, and drives results. From blog posts and social media content to email campaigns and promotional materials, you’ll bring our messaging to life in a way that inspires and connects with our audience. You will have 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week. The starting salary is $40,000 plus $30,000 - $50,000 bonus after one year.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email, website, and advertising.
Write compelling copy that aligns with brand tone and supports marketing goals.
Create visual content (graphics, video scripts, presentations) in collaboration with the design team.
Develop and manage content calendars and campaign timelines.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and fresh.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadline
