Mentorship and growth: Work closely with experienced fundraising and marketing professionals who will guide your development. You'll initially report to our Fundraising Manager, then transition to our Marketing and Acquisition Manager as you grow in the role.
Flexible foundation: Enjoy work-life balance with just 2 days per week and the option to spread these over several days with flexible hours, and hybrid working arrangements. Perfect for building your career while maintaining other commitments.
Diverse experience: From social media strategy to campaign support, brand management to donor communications – you'll develop a comprehensive skill set that's highly valued in the nonprofit and commercial sectors.
What you'll do
As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll manage day-to-day social media activities, manage the website, write and eDMs, marketing materials and updates to drive donor engagement. You'll help maintain our brand standards and play a key role in ensuring our supporters feel engaged and connected to our mission.
This is hands-on marketing and communications work where you'll see the direct impact of your efforts on both our digital presence and our ability to help more children.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience
- Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent written communication abilities with keen attention to detail
- Experience with content creation and design
- Positive attitude and passion for making a difference
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Nonprofit experience and fundraising knowledge are bonuses, but not essential.
