The Role of the Marketing Manager
This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and promoting our brand.
Main Responsibilities:
• Implementing effective marketing strategies at assigned centers.
• Setting up new centers and providing marketing support to existing ones.
• Cultivating partnerships with schools, corporates, and consultants to identify new business opportunities.
• Working closely with Area Managers to plan and execute workshops and meetings.
• Organizing events to increase brand recognition and execute above-the-line activities.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to travel frequently (5-7 days per trip).
• Knowledge of local markets is a plus.
• Experience in managing relationships with channel or business partners.
• Ability to work independently with a strong service orientation.
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
