The Opportunity
As our full-time, permanent Marketing Advisor, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we right wrong. Reporting to our Marketing Lead and based in our Brisbane CBD head office in a hybrid work pattern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of B2B marketing strategies, ensuring integration with the broader marketing program and alignment with our growth strategies.
Working closely with your leader, you’ll design, plan and deliver campaigns, events and initiatives that maximise return on investment and drive performance across brand, acquisition, advocacy, and client experience. You’ll also be a lead liaison between the wider marketing team, and our internal clients across the Shine Justice group.
This role is suited to a highly motivated professional, with experience supporting the delivery of a successful marketing strategy, via multiple channels. You’ll be fully supported to own your portfolio, and continue to hone your executional marketing skills, surrounded by a great team who will love giving you further opportunities to learn and grow.
Here’s how you’ll help us stay ahead of the pack:
Own the design, planning and execution of marketing and referral programs, for both direct to consumer, and audiences that influence prospective and current clients.
Research and discover new opportunities to support growth strategies at a local, state and national level
Coordinate and activate sponsorships, ensuring delivery of benefits is met and return on investment is maximised. This includes running events, and at times, acting as an ambassador for Shine.
Prepare analysis and reporting on program performance and external market influences
Monitor, analyse and utilise data led insights to guide recommendations and optimisations
Ensure that all marketing activities and consumer touchpoints are client focused and consistent with the brand’s vision and values
Maintain Shine’s brand integrity by ensuring regulatory compliance across all markets and channels
Act as the main point of contact with internal clients and shared service teams to streamline communication and support effective delivery of programs
Manage the financials of the marketing budget
Support strategic firm-wide projects and innovations, collaborating cross functionally and with suppliers to deliver on time and to project objectives
Keep abreast of regulatory updates for each state including any new relevant case law, as well as client feedback data to effectively provide direction and advice to internal stakeholders
Some local and interstate travel may be required on occasion
What you’ll bring. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
Demonstrated experience in a marketing or business development role that required you to market to both consumers and B2B
Experience coordinating events, at both a local and large scale
Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
Experience in writing, producing copy, editing and the development of communications
Ability to work collaboratively or independently, to prioritise work requirements, work autonomously when appropriate, consult appropriately and respond to direction in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
Well-developed analytical skills, specifically the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, execute recommendations, and implement remedies.
Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred) or a relevant degree in Management, Business, Commerce or similar
