RF Technician /FSO Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Topsfield, MA 100% onsite
+/80 Work Schedule - 7:00am to 4:30pm
Hourly $34.00 - $36.00 hr

RF Technician
• MES required
• Problem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project management
• RF microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, PC boards and wire bonding
• Experience in working with chip and wire processes preferred
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly and fabrication required
• Microsoft Office proficient
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.

The FSO role, after 6 months of training for successful certification completion, is not a full time job. This position will then be mostly involved in Manufacturing Tech work at the same time having the FSO title and responsibilities. We are looking for a smart, sharp Mfg Tech that is willing to train and learn FSO.

FSO ( Six-month training for certification)

Skills:
• Interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
• Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate
• Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards
• Experience serving as CPSO
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements to include collateral Closed Areas and ICD 705 to meet contractual needs
• Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, eQIP, and NISS
• Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits self-inspections, violation investigations reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc.
• Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Security preferred
• FSO certification with minimum 2 years of experience as an FSO preferred
Desired Skills:
• Experience developing and implanting OPSEC plans
• Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Resourceful in solving problem and capitalizing on opportunities
