Manufacturing Supervisor
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our partners solar manufacturing process. This position involves overseeing production activities, managing a team of workers, and collaborating with various departments to meet production goals efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to achieve daily production targets.
• Provide training and support to ensure that team members perform their tasks effectively.
• Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
• Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Identify and address any production bottlenecks or issues promptly.
• Enforce and promote adherence to quality control measures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure that all team members follow safety guidelines.
• Execute and oversee manufacturing processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
• Communicate production goals, schedules, and expectations to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to streamline operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the solar industry.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of solar manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
