Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with cooperative banks, district central co-operative banks, and Tier 4 and 5 NBFCs. They will work closely with these institutions to service and drive the adoption of our products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
• End-to-end ownership of relationships with DCCBs, Cooperative banks, and identified NBFCs.
• Understanding of organizational products and driving sales with banks/NBFCs.
• Build relationships with senior teams in banks.
• Actively seek new opportunities through cold calling senior management.
• Responsible for overall customer experience and ensuring closure of servicing requests.
• Travel across the state or allocated region as required.
