Unit QA-in-Charge
A quality assurance-in-charge in the food safety arena is responsible for policy, strategy and testing methodology to meet regulatory authority compliance in regard to the company product. They also assist in setting food safety standards and ensure that production is maintained at such standards and monitoring effective implementation of Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22K/ HACCP)
Is responsible with the HACCP team to liaison with Operational And Quality standard related to the product and process and report to Unit Manager.
To ensure that all inspections and tests of Raw materials, in process and Finished Products are Complied
