Manager, Student Transition Engagement
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Manager, Student Transition Engagement to lead key initiatives that support students throughout their university experience. This role oversees student onboarding and orientation, ECU Active (sports and recreation programs), current student communications, and student voice initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of student transition programs, including onboarding and orientation, to ensure a smooth and welcoming start to university life. You will also provide management support to ECU Active, promoting student wellbeing and community through sport, fitness, and recreation initiatives. In addition to this, you will lead our current student communications plan, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging messaging across multiple platforms and champion student voice by facilitating feedback mechanisms, student representation, and co-creation opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align engagement strategies with ECU’s strategic priorities and monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data and student insights to drive continuous improvement.

Benefits Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $136,958 to $143,228 PA (HEW 9) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
