JOB LOCATION : GANJAMJOB ROLE:- Manage sales operations with the team .- Supervise sales team members in daily basis and take feedback from them.- Visit all the blocks of assigned district in regular basis.- Identify the skill gaps and arrange training program for the team members.- Recruit Block Sales Manager as per requirement. - Contact with potential customers to identify new business opportunities.- Work with the team to improve the profit margin.
