In this strategic role within our Technology Cyber division, you’ll lead productivity initiatives, improve process governance, and shape the technology experience for all HBF employees. You will drive a transformation of the way technology enables our people, leading simplification projects that eliminate manual work.
Reporting to the Head of Operations Excellence, you will help us reduce complexity and boost compliance while making our technology processes smoother, smarter, and more human. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll be a leader, mentoring, influencing, and collaborating across HBF as the go-to person for solving complex operational challenges.
What you’ll do
Identify and lead process improvements using Six Sigma and LEAN methodologies
Drive technology simplification to reduce duplication and increase value from existing systems
Enhance productivity and user experience across the organisation
Build strong relationships across Technology Cyber, frontline businesses, and corporate teams
Ensure everything we do meets compliance and regulatory obligations
Support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
What you bring
You're passionate about process improvement, love digging into data and simplifying systems and processes, you believe in making tech work for people. You are a strong communicator, easily tailoring your messaging across different groups and are comfortable working autonomously and as part of a project team.
You are a self-starter and a go getter using your previous experience as a Business analyst or Project manager leading and implementing change, preferably within tech.
You also have
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of operational processes and IT systems
Sharp problem-solving, analytical thinking and business analysis skills
