The Mood, Anxiety and Trauma Manager (MAP/Trauma) is responsible for the administrative and clinical leadership of the EHN Outpatient Mood, Anxiety and Trauma programs. This position will be responsible for delivering evidenced based treatment to individuals seeking support across Canada in a virtual setting.
Note that this position is a 12 month Temporary Fulltime position from July 2025 to July 2026.
Job Function and Duties:
Program Leadership Administration
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Mood Anxiety and Trauma programs, including program planning and ongoing evaluation.
Develop, review, and disseminate MAP/Trauma policies, protocols, and process flows in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Clinical Director, Program Managers and National Clinical Team to develop program content that reflects evidence-based best practices.
Clinical Supervision and Support
Provide weekly group clinical supervision/consultation and support to clinicians, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, evidence-informed care.
Provide individual clinical supervision/consultation as appropriate
Address clinical issues and client or referent complaints, engaging in service recovery as needed.
Conduct annual performance reviews and professional goal setting with clinicians
Manage performance providing support and learning to enhance administration and clinical responsibilities of clinicians
Proactively address and resolve clinical issues to safeguard client well‑being and program integrity
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Program Managers and other stakeholders to create and update clinical content informed by the latest research and best practices.
Coordinate with EHN’s inpatient and outpatient facilities, as well as national, operations, and clinical leadership, to optimize workflows and resolve client concerns.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, managing all necessary reporting and communications.
Quality Assurance and Policy Development
Partner with the Clinical and Operations Directors to develop, implement, and monitor outcome measures and performance metrics.
Conduct regular audits and client surveys to assess the quality of clinical documentation and program processes.
Other Responsibilities
Undertake additional duties as assigned to support program innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
Must have a degree in social work, occupational therapy, counselling or clinical psychology, or a related field, with registration in a regulatory body; a master’s degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in leadership, including leading clinical teams, supporting professional development, and providing clinical supervision.
