Shift Information: Days, Weekends

Hours of Work: 24 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks

Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range)

Travel Required: No

Job Description: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
Education

Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
Licenses

Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler Pressure Vessels Safety Act
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training

Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
Pool Operator certificate, where required
Competencies

Communication skills
Basic - Computer skills
Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to work independently
Knowledge of tools and equipment
