Maintenance Mechanic | Food Plant

Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience with manufacturing food plant machines.
• Must have experience with trouble shooting manufacturing machines
• Food manufacturing machine maintenance and fix issues
• Read detailed schematics for complex machines
• Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.
• Weld and solder pieces together
• Align components and connect them with bolts and screws
• Find faulty components in defective products to fix them
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks, such as climbing ladders and bending often
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of basic machinery, including computers, tools, collaborative robots and other devices
• The ability to see colors, since wires are often color coded
• Physical strength to lift heavy machinery, tools and components up to 100lbs
• Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, with the ability to manipulate and assemble very large and extremely small components
