Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both power and hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring that vehicles receive the necessary maintenance to operate efficiently and safely. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, fluid checks, and other essential services while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and fluid replacements on various vehicles.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow within the shop.
Requirements

Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use various tools safely and effectively.
Experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures in the automotive industry.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
