**West Texas Auto Recovery is Hiring a LPR Driver**
The role of the LPR Driver involves operating a company-provided vehicle equipped with license plate recognition cameras. This driver is responsible for working in a designated zone to gather data that helps maximize recovery rates for financial institutions.
This position requires driving a company vehicle during late evening and early morning hours, typically from 8:00pm to 6:00am Sunday through Thursday. The LPR Driver must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong initiative and task management skills.
To succeed in this role, applicants should have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three years. Additionally, they must be at least 24 years old and possess basic knowledge of cars (make/model). Tech-savviness and attention to detail are also essential qualities for this position.
The salary for this position is $1538 per bi-weekly pay period, which equates to $76+ per week. A commission-based structure is also in place. As part of the hiring process, all candidates will undergo a background check and drug screen.
This job requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to drive extended periods without direct supervision.
