Lowbed Truck Driver

We are seeking a qualified Driver - Lowbed to join our team at Holt of California. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation and completion of necessary documentation for equipment movement, adhering to company procedures.
Safe operation of diesel-powered tractor-trailers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Proper loading and unloading of heavy equipment, utilizing securement equipment as required.
Timely receipt and execution of daily schedules, meeting established deadlines.
Maintenance of vehicle condition, performing routine tasks such as fueling, greasing, and cleaning, and notifying supervisors of needed repairs.
Capturing and reporting customer interactions, including equipment status and any issues encountered.
Reporting and addressing unsafe working conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions, memos, and correspondence.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a consistent state of alertness and safety.
Fulfillment of essential job functions in a prompt and professional manner.
