Job Title: Loose Diamond Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2 years+
Responsibilities:
Drive B2B domestic and international sales of loose diamonds, specifically in patla maal sizes (-2, +2, +6.5)
Build and maintain strong relationships with global and domestic clients
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals effectively
Regularly follow up with leads, manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with internal inventory and production teams to fulfill orders on time
Attend domestic and international trade shows or client visits as required
Skills:
Proven expertise in B2B diamond sales, especially loose diamond categories mentioned
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A well-established network in the domestic and international diamond market (preferred)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Gemology, Business Administration, or a related field
Graduate Gemologist certification (preferred from a top gemology institute)
At least 2 years of experience in diamond sales, with a specialization in patla maal and GIA certified diamonds
Willingness to travel for domestic and international business needs
