Looking to hire HR Manager for Jaipur
The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources department in Jaipur unit.
This role will involve managing the recruitment, training, and development of employees, as well as overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with laws and regulations.
HR Manager Roles and Responsibilities
• Report to the Management Team
• Recruitments Training with MPP (ManPower Planning), with policies driven approach integrated with effective organisation streaming within the budget.
• Minimise attrition level production and back office.
• Attendance and wages calculations through biometrics software.
• Effectively and efficiently manage administration, information technology departments
• Policies compliances with inhouse and external communications.
• ESI PF
• Keenly focus on the conduct and disciplinary issues considering the advantages and benefits for the organisation with prime note, grievousness redressal process should be taken into consideration with amicable solutions.
• Design and implement the company policies code of conduct, leave policies and implement too- too.
• Enhance the process for better productivity of employees.
