Ability to handle large volumes of work

Proficiency in electronic court filings and proceedings, knowledge of all filing rules and requirements (local, state and federal)
Ability to handle scheduling events such as hearings, mediations, depositions, client meetings, etc
and court/motion practice deadlines
Managing a heavy case load from intake and an understanding of the process to move a case forward
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
