Warren's Spirited Kitchen is a full service, modern style predominantly scratch restaurant. We have been open for 10 years and have a reputation for a creative menu with excellent quality food. The atmosphere is geared toward adults with an upscale and comfortable feel. The restaurant has 70 seats inside including a bar with another 50 seats on the patio. The current staff is tenured and is hardworking, lighthearted and professional. We are seeking talented, motivated Line Cooks and experienced Sous Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and an elevated dining experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Line Cook Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
• Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
• Monitor and maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during service
• Handle high-volume orders while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with chefs on specials and seasonal menu offerings
Sous Chef Duties
• Supervise and guide line cooks and prep staff
• Ensure timely preparation and execution of all dishes during service
• Maintain consistency and quality across all menu items
• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Enforce health and safety protocols across all kitchen stations
• Step in as lead chef when required during the Executive Chef’s absence
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
