Line Cook Supervisor is responsible for the back of the house completely, responsible for coordinating together with the kitchen members to receive, storage, prepare and present the food properly according to the specifications and keeping the food control and safety regulations during process.
Keep track of food production control.
Design menu and create dishes according to our customer expectations.
Maintain food safety sanitation standards.
Upon receiving products verifies product quality and freshness of the products.
Ensure the quality of the food on the line.
Follow recipes, include measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
Professional presentation (garnish and arrange the final food).
Support the line if necessary.
Guides staff during the shift, assigns projects and list do do.
Must have prior related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
