Oddfish is a seafood-based restaurant where locals come to share in what we love to do — connecting through our love of food and drink. By working closely with our suppliers who deliver their best and freshest seafood vegetables, each day’s menu is different from the day before. Responsibilities:

Prepare your station for service (mis en place, stock checks).
Cook and plate dishes efficiently and consistently in a high-energy, detail-oriented kitchen.
Always manage high kitchen standards.
Requirements:

A passion for seafood and creating memorable dishes.
2+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
Strong understanding of cooking temperatures and food safety regulations.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills during peak service.
FoodSafe Level I Certificate.
A culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent training and experience.
Company Perks:

50% off food when dining in at Oddfish or our sister restaurants Nook and Radish.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
