Job Overview

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working condition.
Manage food presentation to ensure dishes are visually appealing before serving.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to food quality or service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse menus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
