Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Facilitate communication between departments and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear interaction with team members and clients alike.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling software.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
