Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Adelaide Banking Finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality administrative support to a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electronic and hard copy documents and files;
Coordinate meetings and appointments;
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations;
Assist with travel arrangements and bookings;
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls;
Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks;
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements

Previous experience in an EA or secretarial role;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
