Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality support to a team of professionals in the Adelaide Banking Finance department on a full-time basis. Key responsibilities include developing productive working relationships with internal contacts, managing electronic and hard copy documents, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in an EA or legal secretarial role, preferably with litigation exposure
Excellent prioritisation, organisational, and time management skills
Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality when required
A proactive approach and high levels of initiative, with a strong client focus and ability to form enduring relationships
