• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Advisory Strategy**:
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters, including mergers acquisitions, compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.
- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.
- Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- **Corporate Transactions**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Oversee due diligence processes in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities.
- Assist in developing policies and procedures for efficient business operations.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary legal point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive trust and business growth.
- Understand client needs and tailor legal solutions to meet their business objectives.
- **Business Development**:
- Collaborate with other partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Represent the firm in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings to enhance the firm's profile.
- **Team Leadership Mentorship**:
- Lead and mentor junior legal staff to ensure high-quality legal output.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative working environment within the legal team.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance the team’s skills and expertise.
• *Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and professional legal certification (e.g., Bar membership).
- Master’s degree in Corporate Law or Business Administration is an advantage.
- **Professional Experience**:
- Minimum [X] years of experience in corporate law, with a proven track record in handling business transactions and client management.
- Experience in a leadership or senior role within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- **Key Competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and business practices.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex agreements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for building and sustaining relationships.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in legal research tools and office productivity software.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and legal tech solutions.
