Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with a focus on IT and technology contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting of IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreement
• Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and sub-contractors
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on contractual matters
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and safeguarding the company's interests
• Identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities, and deviations
Requirements:
• Qualified LLB with 3-15 years of experience in contract management
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
